Overview
The Vice Deanship for Development promotes a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the University. It identifies faculty training needs in quality assurance and accreditation, coordinating their implementation with relevant units. It also fosters an innovative and supportive academic environment by encouraging creative initiatives and institutional development.
Tasks
- Promote and institutionalize a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the University.
- Identify faculty training needs in the areas of quality assurance and teaching effectiveness.
- Develop and monitor the Deanship’s initiatives, while supporting and adopting innovative ideas proposed by university staff.
- Coordinate with relevant university entities in matters related to the Vice Deanship’s responsibilities.
