Overview
The Vice Deanship for the Female Section is responsible for supervising and monitoring institutional files assigned to the Deanship and ensuring alignment with quality standards and institutional accreditation requirements. The Vice Deanship oversees institutional excellence files, prepares and reviews periodic accreditation reports, and follows up on the implementation of improvement plans. It also supervises Deanship projects linked to the strategic plan and issues periodic performance reports that support institutional effectiveness, governance, and continuous improvement.
Tasks
- Supervising and monitoring the institutional files assigned to the Deanship and ensuring their compliance with approved requirements.
- Overseeing and following up on institutional excellence files in accordance with approved standards and regulatory frameworks.
- Preparing periodic reports related to institutional accreditation and submitting them to the relevant authorities.
- Monitoring the implementation of improvement plans associated with institutional accreditation and ensuring the achievement of their objectives.
- Supervising and tracking Deanship projects aligned with the strategic plan and their performance indicators.
- Issuing the Deanship’s periodic reports to reflect institutional performance and support decision-making.
