Skills Development Unit

 

Skills Development Unit:

The Skills Development Unit identifies the training needs of faculty members in the field of quality assurance and academic accreditation and coordinates with relevant entities within the university to implement them.

 

Tasks of the Skills Development Unit:

  • Develop strategies to identify faculty members, training needs in the areas of quality and teaching.
  • Develop an annual training plan containing a full description of all training programs to be offered to faculty members.
  • Coordination with relevant bodies within the university to implement the proposed training courses.
  • Develop strategies to measure the training impact on the quality of the university's performance and educational process. 
  • Perform any other tasks entrusted to the nit within its competence.
