The New Academic Programs Establishment Unit, operating under the Vice Deanship for Academic Plans and Programs Development at the Deanship of Development and Quality, King Khalid University, is responsible for exploring opportunities to establish new academic programs in alignment with the University’s strategic objectives, labor market needs, and national development priorities. It also develops and updates the guidelines, templates, and procedures governing the establishment of new academic programs, prepares analytical studies and reports, monitors performance indicators and progress, and identifies opportunities for continuous improvement.
