About the Unit
The Skills Development Unit is responsible for identifying the training needs of faculty members in the field of quality assurance and academic accreditation, and coordinating with relevant university entities to implement the training programs.
Unit Tasks:
- Developing mechanisms to identify the training needs of faculty members in the areas of quality and teaching.
- Preparing an annual training plan that includes a full description of all training programs intended for faculty members.
- Coordinating with relevant university entities to implement the proposed training courses.
- Establishing mechanisms to measure the impact of training on performance quality and the educational process at the university.
- Performing any other tasks assigned to the Unit within its scope of responsibilities.
