Managing the development of policies and processes implemented in organizational units, and designing models to ensure effective alignment and integration between different processes and procedures across these units. Streamlining, standardizing, and automating work procedures in university administrative units, monitoring the updating and implementation of procedural manuals, regulations, forms, and rules, and submitting proposals for their improvement. Overseeing the qualification of all university administrative units to obtain international certification. Monitoring the quality of the university's administrative systems and related projects.
