The Deanship of Development and Quality organized a workshop entitled:

“International Accreditation (AHPGS): Standards and Implementation Mechanisms”

The workshop was held on Tuesday, 20/10/1447H, at the Training Hall of the Deanship’s headquarters, with the participation of a number of specialists and professionals in the field of quality assurance and accreditation.

The workshop aimed to introduce AHPGS international accreditation and highlight its importance in the development of academic programs. It also focused on reviewing the key standards and requirements for international accreditation and outlining the mechanisms for their implementation within academic programs, in a manner that enhances the quality of educational outcomes and strengthens institutional effectiveness. The workshop covered several key themes, including:

Introduction to AHPGS international accreditation and its objectives.
Accreditation standards and requirements for academic programs.
Application procedures and processes for obtaining accreditation.
The role of quality assurance in program development and the improvement of learning outcomes.

The workshop was delivered through a combination of theoretical and practical approaches by Dr. Azad Mubarak. It witnessed strong engagement from participants, with active discussions and exchange of experiences, contributing to maximizing benefit and enhancing professional practices in the field.
