“Course Specification: Aligning Learning Outcomes with Teaching and Assessment Strategies”
The workshop was held on Wednesday, 27/10/1447H, at the Training Hall of the Deanship’s headquarters, with the participation of a number of specialists and professionals in the fields of quality assurance and accreditation.
The workshop aimed to introduce the principles of course specification in accordance with modern best practices, with a particular focus on aligning learning outcomes with teaching strategies and assessment methods. It also reviewed the relevant standards and requirements, and outlined mechanisms for their effective implementation within academic programs, contributing to enhanced educational outcomes and improved institutional effectiveness.
