Overview
The Vice Deanship for Quality oversees quality assurance and academic accreditation processes within the College. It supports academic programs in meeting accreditation standards and enhancing learning outcomes. Through continuous assessment and improvement, it promotes excellence and ensures alignment with the College’s mission and strategic goals.
Tasks
- Provide technical and professional support to academic programs to qualify for programmatic accreditation.
- Develop operational plans for periodic review processes and monitor program compliance with quality standards, including the preparation of relevant manuals, guidelines, and templates.
- Provide periodic feedback reports on the readiness and compliance level of programs seeking accreditation.
- Develop and update program accreditation manuals and the University Quality Assurance Handbook.
- Monitor the progress of academic programs granted conditional accreditation prior to submission to the Education and Training Evaluation Commission (ETEC).
- Provide necessary support to address observations and fulfill requirements for lifting conditions imposed on conditionally accredited programs.
