About the Unit
The Academic and Professional Readiness Unit, operating under the Measurement and Evaluation Center at the Deanship of Development and Quality, King Khalid University, is dedicated to developing and implementing academic and professional readiness programs and enhancing students’ and graduates’ preparedness for national, professional, and international examinations. The Unit monitors and analyzes examination results, identifies performance gaps, and develops targeted improvement plans in coordination with colleges and relevant stakeholders. It also monitors performance indicators and prepares periodic reports, thereby strengthening academic and professional readiness and improving educational outcomes.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement academic and professional readiness programs.
- Monitor and analyze the results of national, professional, and international examinations.
- Support students and graduates in enhancing their readiness for professional examinations.
- Develop improvement plans to address identified performance gaps.
- Coordinate with colleges and relevant stakeholders to implement readiness programs.
- Monitor performance indicators related to academic and professional readiness.
- Prepare periodic reports on the Unit’s activities, achievements, and progress.
