Dr. Taha Yahya Al-Qahtani is an Associate Professor of Pharmacology at the College of Pharmacy, King Khalid University. He currently serves as Vice Dean for Academic Plans and Programs Development at the Deanship of Development and Quality, as well as Advisor to the Vice President for Educational Affairs on Academic Plans and Curricula.

His Excellency has held many academic and administrative positions at the university, including Acting President of King Khalid University and Acting Vice President for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, Dean of Admissions and Registration at King Khalid University, Vice Dean of Admissions and Registration at King Khalid University, Vice President for Girls' Colleges at King Khalid University, Head of the Biology Department, College of Science, King Khalid University.
Member of the Saudi Shura Council since Rabi' al-Awwal 1442 AH. He is a member of the Education and Scientific Research Committee in the same council. He held several positions, namely: Vice-Rector of King Khalid University for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research from Safar 1439 AH until Rabi' al-Awwal 1442 AH, and before that, General Supervisor of the Scholarship Administration.
Professor Dr. Hamed Majdou AlQarni is a distinguished academic leader at King Khalid University, serving as the Vice President for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research. He has played a pivotal role in advancing the university’s research programs and academic initiatives through innovative strategies that have elevated the institution’s local and international standing.
