About The Institutional Excellence Unit:

The Institutional Excellence Unit is primarily responsible for designing and implementing plans and processes related to institutional excellence.

 

Tasks of the Unit:

Managing the development of policies and processes applied in organizational units and designing models to ensure effective compatibility and complementarity between different processes and procedures in different organizational units.
Streamlining, standardizing, and automating the university's administrative units, following up on the updating and implementation of the procedures guides, regulations, forms, and rules governing them, and making proposals for their development.
Supervising the qualification of all administrative units of the university to obtain the award of an international certificate of conformity.
Monitoring the quality of the university's administrative systems and related projects.
