Plans and Curricula Unit:
The Plans and Curricula Unit is competent to build and develop academic plans and programs with the aim of defining the excellence of the outputs of King Khalid University to qualify it to compete in the labor market.
Development and building of study plans:
The establishment of a committee for plans and programs at the university.
The establishment of program plans and curricula committees, including representatives of joint programs in the branches.
The Department's Plans and Curricula Committee submits a proposal for development or construction (new or developed program), to the Department Council.
The Department Council shall examine the proposed plan and, in the event of any observations return to the Committee for avoidance.
After the approval of the plan in the Department Council, it shall be submitted to the College Council in its final form for approval.
The plan shall be submitted to the College Council for discussion for accreditation and submission to the University's Plan and Curriculum Committee or in the event of feedback to update the observations.
If the plan meets the standards and specifications, the College transfers it to the unit of plans and curricula.
The Unit's plans and curricula shall be transferred to the Standing Committee for review and verification that requirements are fulfilled.
Following the recommendation of the Standing Committee, the plan shall be submitted to the University Council for accreditation if there are no observations to be returned to the College.
The plans shall be submitted to the University Council for approval and the approval decision shall be sent to the College for its application.
